OBX Bait & Tackle requires a $50 deposit for charter trip bookings. Refunds are only available if:
- You cancel 7 days or more prior to your trip
- Your party is unable to reschedule after the captain cancels due to unsafe weather
If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, your deposit will be forfeited.
